    E- 3 mile run this afternoon and legs and abs work out tonight

    ETA: Coworker just brought in buffalo chicken dip to the office...fail.
  • B:  egg + egg white, chicken sausage, oat bran toast with raspberry preserves, strawberries, black coffee.

    L:  taco salad (chopped romaine, shredded cheese, pinto beans, taco seasoned ground chicken, 1/4 avocado, salsa, croutons (out of chips!))

    post-E S:  sm banana with PB
    D:  CL meatloaf, salad with olive oil dressing, sauteed cabbage

    E:  3.25 cardio outside
  • B: 1 slice wheat toast and pb, grapes (241 c)

    L: pasta w/ fra diavolo sauce (370 c)
    S: cashews (160 c)
    D: Not sure

    E: 2.37 mile run (249 c)

    T = 851 - 249 = 602 c ... should be in good shape to stay under my calories today!
