Hello Knotties!
I am trying to gather information for my Brother and his Bride-to-be for their Steampunk themed wedding. I am out of state, so I am clueless to the area or what it has to offer. Here's what I know: Guest 25-40, No Dance, Steampunk Theme, Wedding on Halloween (Wednesday night), Budget: ?...BUT I would assume lower end under $3000.00 total (including bridal attire, photography, decorations, ect). AND there are at least 4 vegetarians in the group including the bride. I am looking at Restaurants, Smaller venues with catering, Hotels, City Parks, Places near Mesa, Arizona....Please give me some ideas!

If they were to have the reception at a venue instead of a restaurant...I think it would be fun and cool to have a photo booth. Especailly being that eveyone is going to be dressed up in costumes (Halloween Steampunk Wedding).

You can rent out a community center. I know groups that rent out the one on 75th-ish and Union Hills all the time. You have to decorate it yourself and help clean up, but it's the type of hall you can really make into anything.
