We reserved them for our wedding and while the reservation went well, the driver was awful.

We reserved the limo from 10:30pm - 12:30am, not knowing how late things would go. I had asked if we needed to extend time would that be okay. They indicated it would be no problem at all, we would just need to pay for the additional time.

When we asked the driver to stay for an additional hour or so, he said " I have been up since 3:00AM." I just looked at him, like okay what do you want me to do? This is our wedding and we arent ready to go. I gave up at that point and got someone else to take us home. It was the biggest waste of money.

I emailed the owner to explain how upset we were and he basically said he didnt care and never addressed our issues. He never tried to make it right. The customer service was awful.

We are extremely disappointed!
