We haven't picked a spot yet, but thought about one of the El Charro locations. The one at Ina and Oracle has a private area inside that can be blocked off. They also have a great patio that you may be able to reserve. If you're looking for something a little more upscale, Armitage at La Encantada has a great patio and we've had a lot of wonderful dinners/cocktail hours there.

I had a birthday dinner at Old Pueblo Grill and was able to reserve a room for about 30 people. They also have a really nice patio area and can customize a menu. I didnt like anything they had in their premade specials, so I chose 3 things off the menu and then people could pick from those 3 items.
