Nina Barbosa is in that area. She did the hair and make up for a few of my friend's weddings and did a great job.

She did my hair and make up for my wedding last Sunday and was amazing I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER
Give her a call (she even will do a free make up trial out of her home in San Leandro). Tell her Melanie recommended her she truly did beautiful work on both hair and make up
