I feel like I'm in crisis over picking a reception spot. At first, we were excited about the romantic, victorian beauty of Brown Palace. Then, we were swayed by the elegance of the Grand Hyatt. Then, we got overwhelmed with it all and want to do something more on our terms. We want to find a space to have a party the way we want to - half traditional, half whatever we feel like doing. Maybe a restaurant/brewery/bar we could rent out? We'll probably have around 150 people. Would love it to be near the Baker area (1st and Broadway-ish). Any ideas?

a lot of art galleries on the Santa Fe art strip can be rented out for recpetion spaces!

also, i think the blue bonnet (broadway and alameda) does receptions...

CHAC art gallery allows you to use both spaces and the outdoor pationfor $200 an hour and you can stock your own bar!

Have you looked at any of the art galleries??

Space Gallery is really cool. Also there is an art gallery on Broadway across from Blue bonnet, that has a really nice feel to it.
