When are you ladies doing your hair/makeup trials? I am thinking about scheduling my trial on the day of my bachelorette, so I will have somewhere to go after I get all dolled up....my bachelorette is on May 26th, and my wedding is on June 29th. Do you think that is cutting it too close to the wedding? I imagine it doesn't matter, since you only get one trial anyways. Thoughts?

I have been thinking of this myself - our wedding is the end of July so the makeup trial I may try to do in April or May when I have my bachelorette or our engagement pics (I know wer are little behind but it is a short engagement). I think I will do my hair trial end of May/beginning of June.

I'm getting married in April and my hair/makeup artist suggested March, so I think one month is fine.

The only reason I would say to do it further ahead of time is if you are debating the hair/makeup artist you are using. In that case you would need more time to find someone else if you don't like this one.

Im not getting married until April of 2013, but am going to have my makeup trial when we do our engagement photos at some point in August. Hair i havent decided yet!

My wedding is June 30th. My hairstylist emailed me a few weeks ago with a list of dates to choose from so I lined them up with when I could get my makeup done to get the whole picture. I am doing them on St. Patrick's Day (just worked best out of the dates listed). I already told some of my friends that I want to go out that night so that I don't just come home and take it out and sit on my couch.
