 Good morning all! 

Since we're having a Friday night wedding, FI & I decided that instead of making out of town guests feel rushed in arriving to CT on Thursday in time for our rehersal dinner, we'd do a Saturday or Sunday brunch with them. 

Any good places for brunch near the Hartford/Middletown area?

 We hosted our brunch at The Inn at Middletown.  They had a room reserved upstairs for us.  It was delicious and perfect because guests could come and go since it was a blocked off time. 

First and Last in Middletown also does a Sunday brunch but I'm not sure if they would do a Saturday brunch.

 The Pond House in West Hartford has a really nice Sunday brunch, but you definitely need reservations.

It might be too far for you, but it's definitely yummy!
