I rescheduled my wedding and we were getting married at LMEC and booked River City. Angela is very nice and gives very personal service. They definitely gave the best prices. There was nothing super outstanding at our tasting, but I can say that for all the tastings we did. We also met with John Michael's and Levan's. I felt like John Michael's tasting cattle call thing was a little impersonal and Levan's, although accomodating (FI couldn't make it so he boxed up food from the tasting for him), made me feel bad for having a budget wedding. He made me feel like I NEEDED table overlays and upgraded china. I'd say meet with them all if you haven't already and go from there. RCC seemed like the best value for us. Angela has also been nice about letting us use our deposit for desserts even thoughwe are not using RCC for our food. We are now getting 4 Rivers BBQ!
