Does anyone know of a catering type service in Orlando area that will allow that I provide the food from a restaurant that doesn't cater?
I'm looking for a service to be provided with the following:
Provide china, silverware, glasses and arrange on table
Serve food (buffet style) and refill as needed
Serve drinks
Cleanup everything having to do with dinner after

Where is your venue. I'm doing something similar at my school's gymnasium. I'm having a gentleman from the church who loves doing catering things take charge of the details and using the church's place setting and silverware. I was also part of a wedding kitchen staff that used the supplies of a venue and the food from a different restaurant. I'd call around churches or lodges, etc. and see if they could offer anything.
