My wedding is not until July 2013 in St. Augustine, but I'm trying to get everything orgainzed and our budget squared away! I am finding the florist prices to be more than expected. On my budget courtesy of The Knot's tools, I should be at about 2000 (honestly I would love to be at 1500), but I'm finding the prices to be a lot more. Right now I really like Liz Stewart Floral Designs of St. Augustine, but I'm finding them to be one of the more pricey ones (minimum prices for full service is 3500). Any suggestions or references???

Bold Blooms - they are in Green Cove Springs but will deliver to St. Augustine.

Flower Works! I met with David (?) I think and he was great. They stretched my budget a bit but it was dramatically lower than what you were saying. Becca, the owner, has been working in St. Augustine for like 30 years and both her and anyone who helps her has been properly educated in flowers. They also asked for what flowers I liked and had them printed out and a little sample ready to show me what they thought I would like based on my pictures. Loved my meeting with them! (I think if we did all the bouquets, bouts, corsages, floral decor at the ceremony, and table decor at my reception, plus toss bouquet and flowers for my cake it would be around $2000 to give you a picture of what you get for your money there. Loved them!

Lauren Windham Cowgill with Windham Event Designs. Very reasonable, beautful and will deliver to St. Augustine. She's doing my wedding in 2 months. You can google her website WED Windham event Design. My price is about $2,000, but I'm doing a lot of flowers that include 3 ring bearers!

In my opinion Liz is the best around but because of that she is one of the more expensivel. Take a look at 57 Treasury which is located in downtown St. Augustine. I worked with Karin on my borther's wedding and have hired her for several special events.
