Hi gals! I just moved out to the panhandle from Jacksonville, my wedding date of 11/24/12 is still on but everything else has changed...obviously LOL. I ordered my StDs and have reserved the church and reception site. One of the church ladies will be handling the food and I conveniently made a new friend who runs a bakery... what I need you help/suggestions/expertise on is as follows:

*Wedding dress shops.. Ft Walton, Destin, Niceville, Crestview, maybe even Pensacola
*Reasonable DJ or Band
*Reasonable Photography
... I think I've got everything else covered but any help in these three main areas would be greatly appreciated :)

... Or maybe if someone has a friend trying to start a photography portfolio or business who wouldn't charge much? something, anything?

I found my dress at Simply Elegant in Ft Walton. I had an awesome experience, Lacey helped me. www.sebridals.com/

Tim Ard is the photographer I booked he did my friends wedding and did a great job. I found him to be the most reasonable photographer.http://www.theardgallery.com/index2.php

My Place recommended http://www.gulftalentservices.com/weddings.php for DJs I don't have pricing on them yet but got a great recommendation from the owners.

You should check out Picture Perfect Photos. They are based in Jacksonville but travel throughout Florida. The rates are so reasonable adding travel cost would probably still keep you within budget. Here is the link:
