Check out the State Parks. Most of them only require permit which I think is only like $100 but could be more it was months ago when I looked. There are a couple parks the area your talking about.
I just found these listed, its on http://www.30a.com/hotspots.php has a list of Hot Spot's voted on by their fans. One of these may allow weddings

The Chautagua Hall of Brotherhhood in Defuniak is super nice although I don't think they allow drinking... Also check out that new golf course on HWY 90 in Mossy Head... Im sure they have a clubhouse to rent. I think it's called "Black Stone"

If your looking to do an outside venue at a park a tent always makes your wedding more intimate and unfortanatly you cant ever count on the weather in Fl. Nationwide Tents was a big help in helping me plan for my wedding, you should try them, good luck!

Eden State Park is really nice and pretty!!!

I live in FWB and am getting merried at old chirst church, it is museum now and not an actuall church. There is also another great small park in that area also, its only $100 to reserve.
