What is the process to have a very small wedding 30-50 on any of the ocean beaches in the area.  Would like to do on own.  Do I need a permit?  Just the ceremony and then hoping to find

I think you need a permit.... but when you do it through a hotel is all included....

Yes you need a permit. For Miami beach it's $125 and it's a pain in the butt doing it yourself. Have your officiant do it. We are having a small wedding on the beach in March at 5pm then having dinner on the rooftop pool area at OLA.
