So my bridal party is wearing lavender dresses with dark purple accents. My mom wants to get a dress that matches the dark purple in the bridal party dresses since she will be walking me down the aisle. Do you think that will look good or is it too matchy matchy?

Also, anyone know how I can fix my siggy? I tried changing it and hitting save again, but it didn't fix it

I think it's fine. My mom and Matts mom will be in black which is what the bridal party is in...

I think it will be a nice accent as long as she doesnt look like she's in the bridal party.

I think its nice that she wants to match.

i think either way is fine. I've seen moms in the same color as the bridal party and moms in different colors. Both have looked great. I think it is a personal preference thing.

Before my mom bought her dress I wanted her to wear a variation of pink but then once we found the dress, we realized the pink would be too much so we decided on something neutral.

I agree with everyone - I'm all for your mom liking what she wears, regardless of what color! I don't think it's too matchy, it'll look so pretty!! I love purple.

My mom is wearing a color called "Clay" and the girls are in chocolate brown so it blends.

Thanks, I think we are going shopping this weekend, so hopefully it goes well.....

I am going to try to find a rerun on the Kardashian wedding on E, I wanted to see it but I forgot, and I didn't even know it was all purple....I love purple!
