Weather is variable that time of year. It is often beautiful and perfect out which is why it such a popular time of year to vaccation on the island. However, it can be chilly at times. Plenty of people get married on the beach that time of year. I would just inquire with your venue about their back-up options if it is very cold (ie- heaters) if you plan to have your guests outside for the entire reception. Happy planning! Sanibel is beautiful!

this year it seemed like winter completely skipped that area, lol. i never had to bust out my jacket!It does get chilly after sunset though.
