Brides beware of Daring Studios photography

Hi ladies, i'm a past knottie/nestie from the north east ohio board and I know how important having a good photographer is for the big day.  Just wanted to pass on that most of the images from Daring Studios website were stolen from other photographer's,  including my friend Tami Keehn (also a former knottie/nestie).  Their website and facebook page have since been taken down however, you can read several reviews in the below yelp link with trackback links showing the original websites for many of the images they stole.  I hope none of you have been misled and taken advantage of by this photographer!   Congrats and Good luck with your planning! I miss my days on the Knot! It was 6 years for me on June 4th!

I too used Tami in Cleveland and have seen her images on Daring studios yelp page out of Atlanta. It says alot that she has removed her FB page and website! It appears that she stole quit a few images from people around the US - So SAD! I was just married June 17th and know the importance of a great, HONEST vendor! Please beware when looking for a photog vendor in Atlanta.

    GOOD LUCK LADIES!!

I'm also a former knottie who met Tami here and who has used Tami in the past for pictures and it does appear that many of Tami's images as well as others were stolen.  It is very sad as this is no way to build a business.

Best of luck in your planning.

I had a session in July, and have heard nothing since.  She promised access to the proofs by the first of August, but never sent me the link, nor has she responded to repeated attempts at communication..at this point, all she's done is take my money and I'd be very surprised to ever hear from her again.  However, I'll update if I do.  #should'veknown
