Help!!! Catering Crisis!

Hi guys, I'm in a pickle. We just had to fire our caterer and I am freaking out!! We are getting married next month and now have no food. It is super short notice and we are not there to be able to do a tasting. Does anyone have any good recommendations of who to use on Maui??

What happened with your caterer? And, who was it?

If you can share more about your budget, food style, number of guests, we might be able to help better. We used Aloha Events -- they are absolutely wonderful. Great food and a great coordinator (Michelle). Others we looked at were Cafe O'Lei, Celebrations (Bev Gannon's company), and Soup to Nuts.

So sorry to hear you're going through this stress, but don't worry, a month is more than enough time!

I've heard good things about the food from Cafe O'Lei in Kihei. I personally have not had their food.

My WC has recommended Aloha Events, Stella Blues and Cafe O' Lei to us. I know Celebrations is good but they are kind of pricey.

A friend of the family was supposed to be doing the catering but some issues were brought to our attention and now we don't think that we can trust him. We have 85 guests, not a huge budget, and were going for local style food.

I'm going with Aloha Mixed Plate. Delicious Mixed-plate style food and we loooove to eat there, so it was perfect. Good luck! I'm sure you'll find something great...
