Good morning ladies, I need your help. After talking with my WC, we decided that it was best that I would just order my leis from Costco's vendor Maui Florals. I was wondering if any of you Hawaii Knotties know what types of leis they offer beside the purple orchids ones and what the pricing is? I was going to call them this afternoon my time to see if they could quote me over the phone or email me something. What has been your past experience with them? I am interested to see. Thanks!

I emailed them when we were planning and I want to say it was 2 for $9 for most of the basic leis. Prices went up the more specific you got for what you wanted. Since we had 50 people we deemed this an unnecessary expense and cut it from our budget.

We ordered 60 basic leis...2/$10 (from Thailand)...prices just went up. We also ordered special ones for my FI's groomsmen....and nicer ones for the parents (from Maui). If you go to mauioriginals.com...they have all of them on there (same company as Maui Floral). They are very good to work with.
Ps...inventory might be low...we were warned that they may need to sub some flowers for shells as the flood in Thailand has affected the stocks.

I posted pictures of what they had the day I was there in that post I did. They have lots of options. Their website also has lots of examples. You can either get two basic leis 2 for $9.99, more fancy ones 1 for $9.99 or even fancier 1 for $12.99.

Thanks Kimmy, I caught that post, I was just trying to figure out "fancy lei" incorporated, like what flowers were used. I get the basic ones were orchids I was trying to see what other flowers they used.

No problem. We are getting our leis through them. Our parents will get the basic orchid leis, our wedding party get the fancy lies and my daughter will get a super fancy lei, that she doesn't know about, during the wedding ceremony.

We did the standard orchid for guests, double orchid for the mums, kukui nut for the dads and groomsmen, tuberose & ginger for the bridesmaids, triple stranded crown flower for me (not from Costco - I wanted pikake, but they were out of season) and ti leaf for my husband.
