I've noticed that on some of the other boards, when an OP has posted the same question on more than one board, quite often the first reply will be from a longstanding TK poster saying "when you post on more than one board use XP" in what seems like a not so nice way. Now I get this and have used it, but what's the problem with not using XP - no harm no foul as far as I can see if someone does not use the "XP" designation
The random item - sometimes I'll click on a thread but the text in OPs post is missing although there may be several reply posts to it already. Is this because the OP has gone back and used the edit function to delete their post? or is this a glitchy thing on TK?

It's a glitchy thing on TK. Posts are not to be deleted unless it's a double glitchy post or something along those lines. In fact, when I became a mod, one of the items in the paperwork I signed talked about not deleting stuff just because we didn't like it.
I don't see XP used very often on this board or the DW board, which are the two I'm usually on. I don't relly care if ppl use it or not and don't call them out to do so.
