So, I spoke to my planner and we worked things out. I definitely feel much better after our chat on the phone today, so I've decided to stick with her. She does sound like she has our best interest at heart and is here to make us happy, so I feel that she can do that for us.
But, overall, I feel much much better after chatting with her and getting things off of my chest! She said that if I have any concerns to bring them up to her. She was very open and listening to what I had to say...

Yes, I am glad I was able to air everything out! And yes, AK, you are right! Confrontation is a huge fear of mine and thankfully I got over this hurdle. I'm glad we got the chance to talk...
So sorry for all of the venting and whining! And thank you all for the support and listening ear...so awesome to have others who understand... :)

Glad things worked out well! It's always so hard to bring up issues or concerns but I've come to realize, it always turns out for the best!
