day of survival kit?

a friend of mine is the MOH in a wedding this weekend and wants to make a kit for her friend. she said there is one on the knot but she couldn't find it and i can't find it either. can some one point me in the right direction?

    I'd add a few clif bars or luna bars or something. With how hectic the day of a wedding is, you can never be sure you'll get a chance to eat something.
