Anyone know of a good place in Lexington to take my wedding dress to get alterations? I know I will need a pretty simple hem, but other than that, it might not need to much. I'm looking for a decent price. David's Bridal was trying to charge me half of what I paid for the dress for a basic hem!!!

The person I went to retired right after I got my dress altered, but the place I bought my dress had also suggested The Needle's Eye. There's a review on a different wedding website that was good. I didn't work with them myself, but they did come highly recommended from the bridal place, so that to me says a lot.

I love Fashion Fit Alterations. She is on Reynolds Road on the opposite side of the Mall. She is cheap, fast and sweet. I have used her for pageant, prom and will be going with my gown.
