 Hello Lovely Ladies! I'm popping over from the Seattle Nestie boards as I'm hoping one of you can give me some recipes! I want to have a little Mardi Gras party and am looking for a good cajun or creole red beans & rice recipe. Any of the ones I've tried in the past that I've just found on the Internet were completely lack luster and disappointing.

 Honestly, everyone in my family uses the Zatarain's brand red beans & rice and jambalaya MIX. Mix being the key word.
