For flowers, you could try Bella Florals out of Westwood. She works out of her house so I think that helps to keep her quotes/costs down. Depending on how much flowers you want, I think she might be in your budget.

Try Karla Cassidy in Salem. She's worked with our very small budget and done amazing stuff with the proposal. Our budget is around $900. She came in under that, and I'm very pleased with her work.

For hair, I'm using Caitlin Murphy and love her!

I worked with The Tangled Web. Jen's located on the south shore, but she does weddings all over MA. If you're very committed to using someone closer to north shore, Lyndsey Loring is in NH and she has good reviews here.

For hair and makeup I used Special Event Beauty. They came to me on the day of and they are the nicest team of ladies to work with.

We are using a whole bunch florist in burlington. The wedding in in April and my budget is much less than yours and she has been able to work very well with it. I think it also depends on the size of your wedding, how many centerpiece, bouquets, etc. They have a website too, which I liedk because its not the generic FTD one that I found on a lot of places. And they also do wholesale, which is a huge plus if you're at all into DIY, they can do it all for you as well. I am working with Shannon Guthrie and she's been great. Just FYI most places are swamped right now for valentines day so you might be able to get better responses after Tuesday :)

And for makeup I'm using Kerri Herlihey. I went for my trial and loved what she did, very talented. Kerri is very comfortable to be around, feels like she could be just another one of your girlfriends, something important on your wedding day. I found her prices better than some others I had looked at too and she is coming to the hotel in Salem for our wedding for all of our makeup.

We are using Flowers by Annette and she has been great to work with. She works out of her house and is very reasonably priced. She is in Revere and travels all over the north of Boston region for weddings.

For makeup we are using a makeup artist out of Angelli Hair Salon in Danvers Square. I forget her name, but the lady who owns it is my hairdresser, I'm not sure if she travels though.

We used Suzanne Bellanger at Bella Floral Design. She'll definitely work with you to stay within your budget, and I felt that we got a lot for what we paid, amount and quality wise. Pics of our actual flowers and review in my bio if you're interested.

Hi Look up Lyndsey Loring Her work is really beautiful and She is very budget Friendly Shes in Dover NH but trvels to Mass. I met with Annette and she does Beautiful work as well but she was double the price. Def check out Lyndsey Lorings work she has great Reviews as well.Wish you the best
