We have 2 guests coming that are Vegan and 2-3 others that have gluten restrictions. We will be having a wedding cake as well as a dessert bar. What should we do for those that have dietary restrictions? I was thinking about trying to find a bakery to make a few vegan and a few gluten free cupcakes and then tell the servers who should get them. What do you think?

I asked our bakery if they could make a few gluten-free cupcakes along with the regular ones we will be having, which they agreed to do. I'm sure it won't be a problem to make them. I bet you could find a bakery to do the same!

Our bakery is doing the same thing, a dozen or so gluten-free cupcakes for those with allergies. They are also vegan I believe and satisfy most of our food allergies.

We have food allergies all over our bridal party, including me. Cakeology is our cupcake vendor, and they are able to do vegan/allergy free cupcakes for us. In the BP alone, we have celiac (me and another BM), nuts/shellfish/legumes, dairy/eggs (me), and a host of other allergies. Cakeology was by far the easiest one to work with, and the cheapest ($450 for 100+ cupcakes and a presentation cake, with no rental for the stands, display, labor and travel). Victoria is a sweetheart!
