Hi! I am getting married in Sandwich in November, and need hotel accomodations near by since my venue does not have rooms, most of our guests are travelling from Boston or further. I am looking at the Courtyard Marriott and Holiday Inn in Hyannis, but the holiday in does not allow gift bags to be handed out at check in and charges for delivery and the Marriott has a 2 night minimum.
Any thoughts? Has anyone been to either of these hotels? How do they compare?

Are the rooms nice? It doesnt need to be anything fancy just decent really.
I actually did try calling them, but they only do blocks if you are willing to book a brunch or rehearsal dinner, which i am not sure we are ready to commit to.

Two few have heard about
Sea Mist in Falmouth. I believe it's a time share but the managment rents out the units for the owners. No The Ritz but clean and more than comfortable.
On the opposite end, WillowBend has condos that are often rented out. We took all of them for the family (24 units) so we got a $200 a night rate because the reception was there but it doesn't hurt to ask!
