I don't know how far they will travel, but Brann's is pretty resonably priced and they are pretty good.

And what companies have you already checked into so I know what to avoid repeating?

I've contacted Grandview catering in TC and BJ's catering and gaylord. Both have good food but it really depends on your budget because travel fees are... not cheap.
I'm getting married and hour south of TC and the delivery fee was a 1/4 of the total price for a 100-125 wedding..
