Holiday GTG- come here please!

I'm really excited to tell you all about the next GTG I've been planning!

Muddy Paws (yes the delicious cheesecake makers) has graciously offered to host us for a Holiday GTG.

Date: Sunday, December 12th
Time: 4p-7p (or later?)
Where: Muddy Paws Cheesecakes, St Louis Park
Who: all of you lovely ladies (and friends!)
What: some yummy cheesecake tasting, and a small wedding panel if you have any questions. At least one photog and one coordinator will be there.

If you're interested at all, please shoot me an email (steph0871 at gmail) or PM with your email address.  I will add them all to evite and send out more information next week or so.

Here's the next part though, where I need some input from you all.  DrDifabio suggested a small gift exchange.  We've got a two options.  First, we all just get something small and swap at the GTG.  The second option is that I can organize a Secret Santa, that way non-local ladies can participate too :)  Either way, I think we should stick with a $10-$15 limit, max.

    I should note that everyone is welcome!  Newbies/lurkers/regs, anyone :) It's a great way to meet some other brides and just chit chat for awhile. I promise we're not scary!

    Dude... I am going to come to this one if it kills me. I was never able to come to any of the GTGs before my wedding... but I always wanted to. Better late than never, I suppose!

    Actively trying for baby #1 since July 2011.
    SA completed 5/29/2012. No sperm found.
    11/12: Dx: Congenital Bilateral Absense of the Vas Deferens.
    Genetic Testing needed as this is a mutation of Cystic Fibrosis.
    IVF #1 with ICSI planned for 2013.
    PAIF/SAIF welcome!

    Man! I so wish I could go...being out of state is just a bummer when it comes to GTGs.  If it were closer to the actual holidays when I WILL be home, I could come ;)

    Oooo FIs can come!?!  Greg would definitely come too - especially since its in the evening and won't conincde with football :)  He has been very curious about what these GTGs are and also asked about coming before (between you and I, of course).  I lucked out with a guy who actually really enjoys planning our wedding with me!!

    I love that people who dont comment very much and just read and glean info are called LURKERS! LOL! Sounds creepy! hhahahhaha! Why do I always feel like a lurker on here? haha. LURKER!

    I'm going to try to make it, but I doubt FI will want to come along, since he's super shy and would just feel akward.  I haven't been to Muddy Paws since they left their Uptown location years ago.

    I voted "no" for the gift exchange.  I really don't have it in me to buy any more gifts than I already have to, so I don't want to commit to it.  I advocate for a gift-free holiday, but nobody ever goes with me on it.

    I can come!! FI might be interested in coming along, but I'll have to talk to him about it for sure.

    Hopefully we will be a little farther into the planning process by then. I feel like a lurker right now just cause I don't really have a ton to contribute to the conversations. I do love looking at all the wonderful pictures people put up though!!
