Congrats! Buying a home is exciting, yet can be stressful. Short sales can actually take a while to finalize since not only do you need the homeowner's approval on the offer, but you also need the bank's approval.

Wait take that back.. one was a short sale.. i believe this one we actually really want is bank owned.. so hopefully that will be in our benefit! lol Thanks soo much.. i have a million things going on in my head to be honest!!!
I cannot wait for us to be able to SAVE for our wedding!!!!!!!!!!
