 Hello Knoties!

I'm trying to find an outdoor reception venue or space we can decorate in Minnesota.  Our wedding is in Wayzata in Sept. 2012 and we'd like to stick to the west suburbs (ie Maple Grove, Minnetonka, Edina, etc).  We'd be open to something that gives the effect of being outside, like a barn or something as well. 

We'd like to have alcohol at the wedding and the issue we're running into is that many outdoor sites have a no-alcohol or no glass rule. 

Any suggestions?

 Gale Woods Farm would be perfect! I think you can only do beer & wine (no hard liquor) and no keg beer, but at least some alcohol is allowed.

 We are having ours at Gale Woods Farm, its beautiful! PP is correct about the alcohol and I just wanted to add that if you have it catered the alcohol must come through them.  If you pick up the food yourself you could bring in the alcohol. Plus they have an approved catering list-everything from D'Amico and higher end organic to Famous Dave's and pig roasts. Good Luck!
