There are tons of photographers in the Jackson and Hattiesburg areas -what kinds of photography do you like? Photojournalistic or classic?

haha a little of both actually...I am not the complete creative type so I need a photographer that is...i'm looking for the "details pictures" of just the shoes, or the dress, etc...along with being able to capture the moments

If this makes any sense haha...

There are only a few that I have had actual experience with so I can only recommend them, but here ya go:

Robby Followell is great. I have heard awesome things about Rachel Kabulkala. My photographer is Kim Houpt. She did an amazing job on my engagements and we are using her for the wedding too. She has another photographer that comes in and takes pictures as well. I'm getting married in Magee too!! Also, David Legg is a good one.

Thanks guys this is SO helpful!! I am not from the area but that's where the future hubby's fam is all from. He is in the Marine Corps so we are stationed out in CA so i'm not familiar at the least with the area! :)
