 Hi,

My fiance and I live in NYC but I grew up in Columbus MS and would like to have my wedding there.  Are there any venues that people know of other than Waverly and the Columbus Country Club that would be fun for a large crowd and a band? We were thinking of an empty warehouse or barn we could decorate or other spots people suggest where we might be able to bring our own caterer?

 I'm getting on March 31st in Starkville. We are having our reception at Hotel Chester but also there is the Ritz in Down town West Point that has a great space for lots of people and to have a band.  They also do catering and cakes there too!

 hey!

my sister got married at Shadowlawn and it was exactly what she wanted!  they did everything and all she had to do was show up from Washington, so it was great for her long distance planning.  it's an antebellum house and it was so very pretty and elegant.  their website is www.abrideidea.com.
