On $10/plate you may want to look for restaurants that will do some catering- Pasta House does but I think they start at $11 or $12/ pp.

Stand up for something you believe in.

Try Catering Your Way by Lisa. I can't recall the price but I was looking for caterers at one point and her prices were fairly reasonable. You also may want to check out Andre's South. I'm having an afternoon reception (150ppl) in June and the cost per person is $13.95 (with open bar for 4 hours).

There are a couple of places I had found. One is Catering by Georgianna. It includes 2 entrees (a ton to choose from), 4 sides, rolls/butter, coffee, and cutting your cake. Depending on the # of guests, price ranges from $10-17.50 pp. My favorite would be Exquisite Catering (it's connected with Cafe Affton which has amazing food!). For $8.99 pp, you get 2 entrees (even steak is an option), 2 sides, salad, and rolls/butter. Check them out!
