Hi Sara,

I'm in the same boat in looking for a coordinator. From my research a Day of Coordinator (DOC) is a must.I'm only having 150 ppl our wedding and I do my own small scale event planning and I def want to have one the day of. My reasoning is that I want someone to coordinate so that my hubby and I can be on auto pilot that day and enjoy our guests and each other.

Here's a link to questions to ask a coordinator and basically what I did was look at the list on The Knot and did a Google Search. I have sent out some inquiries but have not made a final decision yet. Definitey check out reviews and interview each coordinator to be sure that you feel comfortable with them as well as their price. Happy hunting!
