Depends on a lot of things- what you want in your package (speakers, subs, lights), whether you want them to MC, and how long you need them.

We're using Jimmy Hussey (www.arockindj.com). He offered a Sunday discount and was priced in the middle. Like the fact that we know WHO THE DJ WILL BE!!! So many large companies just send someone out.

I can tell you that Big companies like Millenium charge $995 for a 4hour package and Complete Music and Video charges $595. Then there are the solo guys and smaller companies that tend to range between $600-$900. (These are all based on 4 hour packages) I've done a lot of research! I am going with Millenium because I am also getting a video through them so I get a 10% discount, plus I know they are all experienced :)

We are also using Jimmy Hussye - A rockin DJ. He has one price - and it includes everything. Its more than companies liek Complete Music, but you get the best equipment - and we love that Jimmy is experienced, knowledgable and trustworthy.

The people doing our wedding charged us like 300 for everything, and they have done my friends weddings too, it's changes dj n karaoke. I can PM u the number

I am using Complete Music and Video as our DJ... I had recieved a quote from another DJ at $450 and Complete Music and Video instantly dropped their price to $445.00 See if they would price match another company...
