Long story short... they f**cked up our Vista suite reservation.
Back in August I had booked it for Friday and Saturday night for our M&G Friday night and to get ready in on Saturday afternoon. Come September we decided to add Thursday night as well for my bachelorette party...
Well I ended up calling them today for something unrelated and whomever I spoke to told me I don't have the suite booked for that Thursday night and that it is now sold out. I was PISSED!!! We had aready payed for everything, too!
I polietly asked to speak to Yadira (who is excelent to work with, btw) and the person told me Ydira couldn't help me, and that the person who did my booking no longer worked there. I hung up and called my mom since the rooms were booked on her credit card and she had the "evidence".
After my mom spent an hour on the phone with them and proved that we were right, they told us we could have the Media instead and that they would discount it. We said NO THANKS and we will take the refund. We are now having my bachelorette party in a suite at NYNY instead.
Anyway, I don't want to deal with this stupid shiit a week and a half before my wedding. A**holes.
