Getting into Vista Suite?
Hey Las Vegas brides and grooms. Chat here about the best tips, Knottie GTGs, and wedding planning in your area.
I'm not sure how admission to the suites work, so pardon me if this is a stupid question. How do the vendors and guests get into the suite? We're doing a strip photo tour, so we won't be there to let

How do the vendors and guests get into the suite? We're doing a strip photo tour, so we won't be there to let everyone in. Should we hire a day-of coordinator to stand there and let everyone in as they knock on the door? That just seems... odd... so I'm hoping there's another/easier way.

That's really your only option; have someone in there. You can't have key cards issued for everyone and the hotel won't let vendors in on your behalf.

The cake lady and lighting guy we had scheduled to come while we were doing our strip tour before the ceremony so it was easy enough for my mom to meet them up there. The dj and caterer though was a little trickier they were arriving at 3:30ish for our 4:00 reception start time but our ceremony was at 3:00 so everyone was down there and we were doing a few more formal pictures afterwards so my mom couldn't meet them. I just asked a good friend of mine if she didn't mind after the ceremony going up to the room and meeting the dj and caterer. Everything was prepaid so all she had to do was unlock the door.

Okay, that's sort of what I was thinking... I'll have to come up with a timeline and figure out who's going to do what. Thanks!

Some resorts have security stand in front of elevators and ask for your room key..just depends on your hotel

Sometimes you can tell the front desk to list your room as a hospitality suite and that you are okay with letting your guests into your room. you should call before hand and ask. Also, you can have someone in the wedding assist you with meeting everyone in the lobby and taking them up to your room.
