So thanks to you all, I booked Masterpiece Cuisine this morning for my caterer! I am so excited that this is finally taken care of, so glad I didn't go through the MGM!

I talked to Scott this morning and he said that they've never had a problem at any of the casinos- no one has been shut down, as far as he knows, for using an outside caterer. So there's an FYI for those that were worried about it, like me.

YAY!!!!
