there is a 7-11 behind it and a denny's across the street. the stratosphere is within 2 blocks (walking distance)

North-ish of the Stratosphere, near the Oasis.

It's just before Oakey, on the right.

Yup, once you pass the Stratosphere, you'll cross St Louis. Keep your eyes on the right. Burger King is on the left just before you get to COF.

If you get to Oakey, you've gone too far. COF is just before the 7-11 on the corner of Oakey.

So COF is between St. Louis and Oakey on the east side of the street, correct??
