We did it through our home insurance policy. Just call your insurance agent and they can give you additional information.

I went with Geico and put it under our renters insurance.

Ditto PPs - we got our ring insured by adding a rider onto our renter's insurance policy. If you don't have a renter's or homeowner's insurance policy, I think Jewelers Mutual offers free-standing jewelry insurance policies.
