I am planning a surprise proposal/ceremony for my fiancee while we visit New York in March. I am looking for an inexpensive photographer, maybe someone who is trying to build a portfolio. We only need a few hours of services (2?) and possibly a cd. I'm really hoping to spend less than $500. Any ideas? We will be getting married at the Brooklyn city hall. Please help!

We have worked with Julian Ribinik Photography and I know he has different promotions, see if he can give you a good package, his work is unbelievable.

Are you planning on proposing and getting married right then and there? If so, you might want to check but I believe there is a 24 or 72 hour waiting period between the time you get your wedding license and when the ceremony can be performed. Good luck!

you should post this on craiglist. There are a lot of photographers trying to built their portfolio.
