Have you considered having it catered? We couldn't find a restaurant we liked, so we rented a historic home and had our RD catered. It worked out really well.

Thanks pirategal! I have thought about that. However we would have to pay a seperate fee to our venue to do that. It is a historic bed and breakfast. That's the only reason why we're not having it there. We had also talked about having it at one of our parents homes but neither homes are big enough to host that many people.
