Hey Everyone!

What transportation service has everyone used in the Charlotte area? I need a shuttle for my guests from the hotel to the venue. Everyone is from out of town so I'll def need a larger vehicle than a limo. I've looked into trolleys, and I love them, but sunway charters is the only company I've found and they are pretty expensive... any other suggestions? Thanks!!!

We are going to use University Shuttle and they are the company that our hotel Hilton Garen Inn in Concord uses. They were able to beat all the quotes I received from other companies. We're getting 2 14-person vans.

Check with your host hotel. They may provide this service free of charge. Ours is doing two round trips to the venue at no cost. I just have to tell them the departure times each way and be sure to pass that along to my guests.

What hotel are you using? We looked everywhere for a hotel that would provide that, but couldn't find one... We also have a lot of out of town guests... like everyone! It's a semi-destination wedding... seeing as the only people who (used to) live in CLT are myself and my fiance, and a few friends from our time living there... in short... our hotel does not provide this service

Homewood Suites by Hilton in Davidson. We're getting married nearby in Lake Norman.

We used Trolleys Inc. which is apparently now Sunway Charters, and had a trolley for the bridal party (24-seater) and booked a 36-passenger coach for the hotel guests. The coach made multiple trips between the hotels and reception throughout the night.
