Does anyone have suggestions for a reasonble seamstresss/dress maker?

I need a larger size for one of my bridesmaids and would like to see if I can purchase the fabric and have a seamstress make it using the original dress as a template. I know it's not ideal and we may end up just finding a similiar dress and having three girls in one and then three in another, but wanted to exhaust all options first.

Jenna's seamstress is reasonable- she's in Zanesville. I just got her price list and it's amazing!

Linda Hine not only does alterations, but also makes dresses. While I haven't seen her dress-making work, she did a great job wth my alterations.

Just heard back from Cheryl and she was very sweet. She's going to send me her price list in the mail.

I contacted Linda and she doesn't sew dresses from scratch right now.
