i finally got my new phone. it's still not a smart phone or anything fancy schmancy. in fact, it's the updated version of my old phone.

now i just have to activate it.

i might not tell mom i got my phone.

    AF, i never got the phone back. the manager was sympathetic because that very night he was also trying to track down a server who had stolen a bunch of steaks, but no one had confessed. he said he checked with the server, and the manager on that night, but no good news. if H hadn't heard people talking about how many tickets they had left for the night and kitchen noises, i wouldn;t have been so annoyed.

    so the manager offered to have us come back for a dinner on the house, but i don't think we'll be taking him up on the offer.

    please, dont even get me started on DVDs. i don't ever watch DVDs because i don't feel like learning how to use the damned TV settings.

    the dvd thing is just laziness on my part.

    i am not sure about the steaks, but i am put off that they were going to review the security tapes and probably never did. i didn;t expect them to stop all operations for my cheap asss phone, but since the guy admitted they were going to do it anyway because the the steak thing, i expected them to actually go through with it.

    unless they did and just didn't want to accept or place blame. whatever. i got my new phone so i am now happy to be part of society again. i don't want to be a crime scene victim with no way to call home.
