I was checking out wedding venues for a friend that just became engaged. I came across lac de' Fleur Gardens in Washougal and it looks fantastic! No prices of course were listed and no info on catering or alcohol etc. My friend will only have 50 guests which is the venue's requirement so that won't be an issue. Here is the link:

I emailed the venue and found out they are booked for 2012. They offer an 8 hour basic package for Saturday or Sunday for $2500. You need to use their preferred caterers. Alcohol needs to be by a licenced bartender with insurance.
50 resin chairs and tables are provided. For inside receptions you can use the Carriage House wood tables and chairs.
Looks like a beautiful unique venue. I especially like the idea of the reception looking like a "tea" setting. Here is the link on facebook:

It's really pretty, that would be an amazing place to do a Bridesmaids' Tea if it was less expensive for a shorter party...
