My DJ is a friend of the family and doesnt have lights, so thats my mission. Anyone know a good lighting company that is cheap. I just want a few maybe "classic lamp posts" or something. Nothing extravegant. Ideas?

You can try Barclay rentals if you're just looking for something like street lamps. If you want actual lighting (those street lamps are mostly for looks, the light they put out doesn't do much) you need to contact Hollywood Lighting. I'm sure they won't be cheap - the instruments themselves are expensive! - but they are the best in town for lighting. Right now I've got two dimmers and a control board and it was about $300 for 3 weeks.
