My fiance and I are looking to have our wedding ceremony at the Magical Gardens in Philadelphia but live out of the area and are having trouble finding a reception spot. 75-100 people. Cheap is good!

My fiance and I are looking to have our wedding ceremony at the Magical Gardens in Philadelphia but live out of the area and are having trouble finding a reception spot. 75-100 people. Cheap is good! The best I've found so far is the Old Pine Community Center and I'm hoping for just a touch nicer than that. Any ideas would be appreciated.
