Has anyone ever been to wedding at Springford Country Club? Or do yo have any feedback about this venue?
I'm planning my wedding from Northern VA, so my parents are scouting out the reception venues for me. (although I plan to see the best ones before we book). My mom has an appt with Springford on Saturday, and I can't seem to find much information about them. The package is great and very inclusive, which we need since we're not currently living in the area, but they only have one picture on their website.
Any insight into this venue is very much appreciated! Thanks!!!

My cousin was married there 10 years ago. It is a very pretty country club ballroom. The cocktail hour space is divided from the ballroom and is a nice size. Also there are 2 ballrooms and they can each be broken up so I imagine there could be another event at the same time. However, there is a new caterer there in recent years and I went for Sunday brunch and it was terrible. Also was at a funeral reception there and it was pretty blah. The presentation was seriously lacking as was the taste of the food. When the old caterer (the caterer that is now at The Crystal Tea Room / Ballroom at the Ben) was there brunch was fantastic as were luncheons and weddings.
